By enrolling in any training course (online or in person), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Course Access & Online Training
- Access to online theory or digital training materials is granted to the enrolled student only.
- Once access to online training content has been provided, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Login details must not be shared.
- The Academy reserves the right to remove access without refund if login sharing or misuse is detected.
2. Intellectual Property & Content Protection
- All course materials, videos, documents, presentations, and training content remain the property of the Academy.
- Students must not copy, record, download, screenshot, reproduce, sell, or distribute any content.
- Recording of online or in-person training sessions is strictly prohibited.
- Breach of this clause may result in immediate removal from training without refund and potential legal action.
3. Behaviour & Conduct
- Students are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times.
- Disruptive, aggressive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
- The Academy reserves the right to ask a student to leave or terminate their training for poor behaviour.
- No refunds or transfers will be offered in these circumstances.
4. In-Person Training & Date Changes
- The Academy may change the date of in-person training if necessary.
- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice will be provided where possible.
- If the Academy reschedules a course, an alternative date will be offered.
- Students are responsible for attending on the agreed date.
5. Attendance & Punctuality
- Students must arrive on time and attend all required sessions.
- Late arrival or failure to attend may result in loss of training without refund or rescheduling.
6. Photography & Video Recording
- We may take photographs and/or video footage during training sessions.
- These may be used for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes, including on social media and the Academy website.
- By attending training, students consent to being photographed or recorded.
7. Technical Requirements (Online Training)
- Students are responsible for ensuring they have suitable equipment and internet access.
- The Academy is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s device or connection.
8. Health & Safety (In-Person Training)
- Students must follow all health and safety instructions at the Academy.
- Failure to comply may result in removal from training without refund.
9. Certification
- Certificates will only be issued once course requirements have been successfully completed.
- The Academy does not guarantee employment, licensing, or specific outcomes following training.
10. Limitation of Liability
- The Academy is not liable for personal belongings brought to training.
- The Academy will not be responsible for loss, injury, or damage except where caused by proven negligence.
11. Force Majeure
- The Academy shall not be held responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond its control (including illness, venue issues, weather, or government restrictions).
- Where possible, alternative dates will be offered.
12. General
- The Academy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- By enrolling in training, students confirm they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
